■ The polio vaccination program will be changed from "1 + 3" to "2 + 2", that is, the original one-shot injectable polio vaccine (IPV) plus three doses of polio oral attenuated vaccine (OPV) The inoculation procedure will be changed to 2 doses of IPV plus 2 doses of OPV.

■ The nationwide implementation of two doses of the combined measles-mumps-rubella (lemp) vaccine will replace the original one dose of the two vaccines and one dose of the triple vaccine.

The newspaper (reporter Liu Huan) The National Health and Medical Commission recently released the "Immunization Program for Polio and Vaccine Containing Measles Components in China's Immunization Program." It is reported that the adjustment of the vaccine immunization program will further improve the type II poliovirus antibody level and the immunity of mumps.

Poliomyelitis (poliomyelitis) is an acute intestinal infectious disease caused by poliovirus, which has been widespread throughout the world. Polio vaccination is the most effective way to eliminate polio. There are two kinds of vaccines for polio prevention, which are oral attenuated polio vaccine and polio inactivated vaccine. Polio is widespread in Chinese history. With the widespread application of polio vaccine, the polio epidemic was effectively controlled, and the goal of polio eradication was achieved in 2000. On May 1, 2016, China adjusted its polio vaccine immunization program. Children of routine age are routinely immunized with the first dose of inactivated polio vaccine and the second, third, and fourth doses of live polio vaccine. Oral live attenuated polio vaccines used in China do not contain polio type II virus components.

After the adjustment of the immunization program, China will implement the immunization program of two doses of inactivated polio vaccine and two doses of live attenuated polio vaccine nationwide. Specifically, school-age children will receive one dose of inactivated polio vaccine at 2 months and three months of age, and one dose of live attenuated divalent polio vaccine at 4 months and 4 years of age. According to the newly adjusted immunization program, children born after October 1, 2019 who have not completed the second dose of polio vaccine, can receive vaccination according to the adjusted immunization program when they receive the second dose of polio vaccine. Live vaccine. Experts say that the new immunization program can further increase the level of type II poliovirus antibodies, while retaining the intestinal mucosal immunity level and blocking the transmission of the corresponding type of virus.

At the same time, the immunization program for measles-containing vaccines was also adjusted. Measles, rubella, and mumps are common respiratory infections in children. The combined measles-mumps-rubella vaccine (measling-gouty vaccine) is an effective means to prevent measles, rubella and mumps. In 2007, China incorporated the measles and gout vaccine into the national immunization plan, implemented a transitional immunization program for measles-containing vaccines, and vaccinated measles-rubella vaccine (leprosy vaccine) at 8 months of age and 18 to 24 months of age.

According to the newly adjusted immunization program, starting from June 2020, China will implement two doses of the combined measles-mumps-rubella live attenuated vaccine program nationwide. Specifically, children of appropriate age will receive one dose of a combined live attenuated measles-mumps-rubella vaccine at 8 and 18 months of age. After the immunization program of the measles-containing vaccine is adjusted, the immunity against mumps can be effectively improved on the basis of further maintaining the immunity of children of appropriate age against measles and rubella.

In order to ensure policy coherence, the National Health Commission requires all localities to reasonably arrange bidding and procurement in accordance with the requirements of the adjustment of immunization procedures, to give priority to guaranteeing the supply of the national immunization plan polio vaccine and the combined measles-mumps-rubella live attenuated vaccine to ensure that everyone School-age children have the right to receive a national immunization programme vaccine in a timely and free manner.

Talking about the adjustment of the polio vaccine and the measles-containing vaccine immunization program, the relevant person in charge of the Beijing Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said in an interview that the Beijing Municipal Health and Medical Commission's document is currently in the process of formulating a vaccine immunization program adjustment program in Beijing, and Will be announced to the community soon.
